Welcome to HeyBuddy. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.
HeyBuddy is a technology platform that connects customers with independent service providers (“Buddies”). HeyBuddy does not provide the services directly and is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or quality of services provided by Buddies.
All payments for services must be completed within the HeyBuddy application. Transactions conducted outside the platform are done entirely at the user’s own risk.
HeyBuddy shall not be liable for any loss, fraud, or service failure arising from off-platform payments. Disputes related to payments made outside the app will not be mediated or refunded by HeyBuddy.
You agree not to use the platform to:
Buddies are expected to comply with platform rules and applicable laws. HeyBuddy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Buddy’s account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time if misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms is detected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, personal injury, or property damage arising from the use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeyBuddy, its affiliates, and its team from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
HeyBuddy does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or the availability of Buddies at any given time. Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
HeyBuddy reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies where required by law or where illegal activity is suspected.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved within Kenyan courts unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
